- ALAlexa LAug 29, 20261.0Extremely rude staff upon entering, not welcoming whatsoever.
- SKStacy KaplanJul 29, 20265.0I went into Dolce Vita in Southampton to look for shoes and the salesperson who helped me, Daniella, was awesome! She was very sweet and personable. It’s a great store - they have a large selection of shoes, sandals, sneakers, boots, etc at reasonable prices.
- HLHannah LawsonJul 28, 20265.0Absolutely phenomenal customer service!! David needs a raise and a promotion! My NYC local store is an absolute disaster and when I got a faulty pair not only did he take over after 19 emails and 4 unanswered phone calls with my home store, he fixed it so quickly!! He’s keeping loyal DV customers around :)
- LCLocal CustomerJul 16, 20265.0I’m from Chicago and had never been to this store until yesterday and I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for great service & shoes. They were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful/insightful the entire time. I will be back for sure!
- BYBrittany YearganJul 10, 20265.0My girlfriend and I had such an amazing experience here, Alex was the absolute best! He was incredibly helpful, personable, and made sure we left with the perfect shoes for each of us. We will be back, thank you again Alex!
