I have visited Dior boutiques around the world—from Europe and Canada to Houston and Dallas—and yet, when I find something I love elsewhere, I take a photo and send it to Yachi at Dior Austin. That says everything. I know she and the Austin team will find it, bring it in, and make sure I am taken care of from beginning to end. Yachi is absolutely incredible. His attention, kindness, taste, and level of service make every experience special. Mariam, their wonderful alterations specialist, is equally amazing. She has an incredible eye for fit and makes sure everything looks exactly as it should. The manager and the entire team are exceptional as well. There truly isn’t one person there who hasn’t made me feel welcomed and cared for. What touched me most recently went far beyond shopping. I lost a very dear friend, and the team helped make sure I had everything I needed for her funeral. Then they surprised me with the most beautiful floral arrangement and a personal note. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture during a very difficult time, and something I will always remember. Luxury is easy to find. This level of genuine care is not. I am so grateful Dior has this team in Austin. They have earned my loyalty completely, and I genuinely cannot imagine choosing another boutique over them. Five stars aren’t enough. Dior Austin is simply the best.

Staff was professional without being stiff, and I ended up buying a saddle bag I definitely didn’t “need” 😅 Quality is obvious the second you touch anything in there. Expensive? Obviously. Regrets?
