  I had a great experience at Bonobos this weekend with Spencer and Emily! They welcomed me and offered help as soon as I walked in. I was short on time, and they accommodated me quickly while still giving me an impressive level of attention and care. Emily took my measurements and brought different fits and lengths in shirts and pants to help me find what worked best. Both offered helpful, honest opinions on the fit. Spencer also shared his expertise on color palettes and complementary colors. I had just started learning about colors palettes, so having him identify me as an Autumn right away and explain what suited me was reassuring! I placed an order Friday and came back Saturday to order more. I’ve never received this level of personalized service at a clothing store. I often feel overlooked when shopping, but Spencer and Emily made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll definitely be back!

  My husband needed a new suit for an upcoming wedding, and we are so glad we got it from Bonobos. We were greeted by the new manager, Skyler and he gave great advice to point us in the right direction. The Master Tailor, Emily, who happened to be visiting from Denver was so knowledgeable and kind, and had a great eye for fashion. Highly recommend this store!

  Worth fighting the terrible Austin traffic to find your way to the Domain to shop with Emily S at this Bonobos location. I had just lost hope after visiting a neighboring suiting store where the sales person narrowed my options to either an ill fitting blazer or a $2k+ custom suit to find something that fit my body type. I was super discouraged but luckily happened to realize there was a Bonobos nearby. I didn’t share any of the sizing guidance I had previously received and really let Emily start from scratch. I was skeptical after what had just happened but Emily was able to quickly identify several options that to my surprise fit comfortably and flatteringly. I probably would not have been able to navigate and successfully land on the best sizing so I’m glad I went in store instead of ordering 5/6 variations and trying to narrow something myself. The store was well organized and the displays offered good seasonal color combinations. Ultimately, Emily’s fabric and color combinations were spot on for the locations of my upcoming events. Highly recommend my experience.

  Had a great experience here yesterday with Emily! I saw a Basset hound sweater in the window and had to check it out. I ended up getting fitted for pants and went home with some new pairs. A lot of popular brands have pretty bad service these days, so it was nice to be catered to by someone who cares about their customers.

  Disappointing experience. I had an appointment to get fitted for a tux. Salesperson was completely uninterested in helping me as they didn’t ask me any questions or take any measurements or go over any options. He just brought out a jacket that he thought would fit me, and a pair of pants. I tried them on and the pants fit okay, but the jacket was definitely too small. I expressed my concern about it and he basically didn’t care. I went across the street to SuitSupply and that was just hands down a much better experience through and through. I ended up giving them my business after Bonobos fumbled it so badly.
