  I traveled from Dallas to pick up my bag and was genuinely touched by the kindness of ‘Lani,’ who kindly assisted me over the phone. The environment felt truly authentic, and the staff’s genuine care and professionalism made a difficult moment much easier. I sincerely recommend this place.

  We stopped in casually and decided to smell the perfume. We had a top tier experience with Lani as our guide and will probably be back despite almost no initial interest because of how welcoming they were.

  I visited the Balenciaga store at The Domain in Austin. The store is elegant with a modern, stylish design. The staff were professional and helpful, and the product display was neat and well organized. A luxury shopping experience worth visiting. ✨

  The store is beautiful, everything is on display like a museum. The sales associate that helped me was also extremely nice I wish I got his name. Security was also very friendly. Overall great atmosphere! We enjoyed our time there.
