  Miyoko is an absolute delight and extraordinarily helpful! It was my first time buying Balenciaga and I generally don’t pay this much for a purse or bag. I needed something that was medium, every day, elegant, and very lightweight due to my upper back issues. Miyoko went through the trouble of ordering items that were not in the physical store, so I could try them on and see what the best fit for my back and personal style would be. She could’ve tried to upsell me on a more expensive bag that will probably be a collectors item, but she helped me go with a more sensible decision for the price and my needs. I have used this bag every day that I’ve had it and I’m absolutely in love with it. It just makes my life easier. Thank you Miyoko!

  I traveled from Dallas to pick up my bag and was genuinely touched by the kindness of ‘Lani,’ who kindly assisted me over the phone. The environment felt truly authentic, and the staff’s genuine care and professionalism made a difficult moment much easier. I sincerely recommend this place.

  We stopped in casually and decided to smell the perfume. We had a top tier experience with Lani as our guide and will probably be back despite almost no initial interest because of how welcoming they were.

  Very unique clothing store, awesome pieces, luxury vibe and the people are very nice
