  I was there in early June with a bachelorette party. Different bunches of our group came into the store 3 different times on our shopping day and Crystal was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We tried on clothes, asked about discounted boots and colors, dug through the pins and when we couldn’t find the one we wanted she pulled out her secret stash and had the exact one we were looking for!! Crystal made that whole shopping day worth it for me! Best part of the day in Austin!! Loved it we went in 3 times in one day!!

  Cheap denim, horrible customer service. I tried to send them an email after my 11 month old jeans all tore one by one and they sent an auto response asking about boots, must be an issue with the boots as well. I wouldn't know seeing how they lost this customer. 500.00 down the drain because my daughter bought them for father's day and I didnt get a receipt. BEWARE CHEAP MATERIALS HIGH PRICE. I'll be at Cinch if you need me!!

  Love the Ariat sir on South Congress. The staff was incredibly welcoming and polite. Crystal and Emmanuel were the absolute best! Both very kind made us feel at home.

  Wow, talk about a pretty woman judgmental moment. My husband was wearing an Ariat shirt when we walked in. I asked the woman about shirts like his. She told us they don’t carry his size. Makes me want to get rid of all of his shirts. What a joke!!!! I hope she doesn’t make anyone else feel bad about themselves. Won’t shop here again!

  A friend and I stopped by there a few weeks ago. The employees were all nice and helpful. Nice selection of jeans. Limited selection of cowboy boots compared to other Ariat stores, but they did have a few Benchmade which are their better quality boots. Definitely recommend this store. I do hope they are successful and move to a location nearby and make it a flagship store. I really think Austin can handle that especially with Lucchese, Tecovas, Allen’s, King Ranch Saddle shop all nearby. They could easily handle a store twice the existing size.
