  Went by the store today, I didn’t get the employees names but they were very kind. I’ve been wanting a denim skirt for awhile and found one on their website I wanted to try so I went into the store, tried it on and fell in love. When I was checking out I noticed the price differed from the website and they offered to price match it for me. That was very kind of them, I’m so happy with my new skirt!

  waited in line 30 mins to buy a hair clip, played myself a bunch of employeees around the register who did not care that the girl at the register was taking super long with 1 customer and there was a super long line

  Staff are extremely rude and inpatient. Every little thing they do, is so much effort. It makes it very uncomfortable shopping here.

  My mom and I visited the shop, but she fell ill while in the store 😬 I want to express my deepest gratitude to Adam, Yami, Gabby, and Ava for their patience and compassion towards my mom and I. Their kindness and support were truly remarkable. Not only was the shop filled with great people that work there, they were also very efficient and quick on their feet and it was also very clean in there and very well stocked, lots of good prices and sales, so 10/10 thank yall again for all the help

  Please DO NOT trust that your order will be safe at this location. I placed an order for pick up in the evening with the intention of picking up the following day. I wake up to an email that my order has been marked as “picked up”. I called ae customer service to cancel the rest of my order. Honestly I should have gone in and made a complaint about the rest of my order, but I can’t waste my breath on people who can’t do a simple job or steal from the workplace.
