  ALO is killing it in Austin, that's for sure. I saw more people running and walking around in their shorts and sports bras than I think I've ever seen. I came in while walking SoCo with my friend and shopping to browse and staff greeted us and offered help. The store is clean and well stocked but the prices/styles just weren't to my liking. A bit too small on the bras (fabric-wise) and the pants have those white and black sport elastic band looks for the most part that I'm not into anymore since PINK Victoria's Secret circa 2005 days. It's certainly cute and trendy and this store is in a fabulous location - but the styles aren't for everyone. If you want more coverage and full shirts (not crops) you may have to look elsewhere.

  I recently bought my daughter, some stuff from Alo but she wanted to get a different shirt so we went to exchange it one the time on Google said 10 o’clock and the lady was like well. We open at 11 but we got there at 10:56am and it was people in there already shopping, but when my daughter and I went to open the door, it was locked. They looked at us kept walking and then a lady with bad lip injections, lets the customers out, tell them goodbye and have a good day and then closes the door and locks it. So four minutes later, its 11 o’clock hits and a lady with lip injections, unlocks the door, doesn’t open the door for us, doesn’t say good morning, or thank you for coming in, or do you guys needs help she just unlocks the door and walks off. I tell a lady looking at her clipboard what my daughter wants to do an exchange ,My daughter’s trying to find her size and she’s folding them up and She’s not throwing or be a messy with the shirts and a girl comes and she’s like oh I’ll get that for you and then she gets the size for my daughter. Then I guess the manager tells her to check me out then the girl that unlock the door and didn’t greet us is telling her something in a microphone and when I turn around she stops and she’s like oh never mind but then when I turned back to the cashier, the cashier looks at me and then kind of giggles. I tell her I just wanted to exchange. She asked me do you want to exchange and put the rest on a gift card or put it back on your card I said you can do an exchange and give us the gift card, It doesn’t matter. She said OK, I was thinking because I said you can go ahead and exchange it and put the difference on the gift card she was gonna go with that. No she went ahead and issued it back onto my debit card and with my debit card it takes a while and I just felt they weren’t helpful at all and I try not to use the race card but it kind of felt like that, but I could be wrong but my experience there was a very frustrating.
