  A few girls were definitely racial profiling whenever we walked in the store more towards me for some reason some girls were very nice (only nice one was by the door) Definitely racist and kept following me around the store while trying to find something for my birthday we ended up just leaving because most of the girls weren’t helping anybody just gossiping around Eachother and they were just following me around the store while looking. I see why this store has a lot of bad reviews and nothing changes obviously.

  I’ve shopped with this brand for years, but this location is by far the worst. The employees always seem annoyed that customers even exist. Every visit comes with eye rolls, judgmental looks, and an attitude that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by shopping there. Not once has anyone offered to help carry items or provide any meaningful customer service. If working retail makes you this unhappy, maybe customer-facing jobs aren’t for you. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking into a store because the staff acts like they’re above helping people. At this point, shopping online is a far better experience than coming into this location. I love the brand, but the customer service here is terrible.

  Took my dreamscape shirt to exchange for something else as the size and material seems different from the previous batch. Both my husband and I were greeted and approach by the staff. And Jacqueline and Jayla helped me with my shirt fitting and trying on their comfortable memory foam shoes. Appreciate their advices and assistance.
