  Mayra was soooo freaking helpful!! Every time I come in, her customer service is nothing but awesome! She never misses a beat and is always ready to lend a helping hand. Thank you, Mayra, for always making my experience a great one! 😊 I had already left a review, but I came back to leave another because I wanted to express how grateful I am for KAIT! Yes, of course this is probably my third time in The last three weeks shopping but Her customer service went above and beyond. She was so helpful and patient, and she helped me find something exclusive. Thank you for making my shopping experience not only fun but meaningful, and for showing that you truly care. You really went out of your way, and I appreciate it!

  I went to Alo today to exchange something that was bought and gifted to me and I was just kind of lost and I was asking questions and I ended up just like picking something out myself & to be honest, I really wasn’t satisfied. I was just gonna get it just cause ….. and one of the ladies was super nice went to the back got me something that I actually loved and I’m super grateful for her going out of her way. I wish I got her name, but I just wanna review because I had a really good visit today.

  I visited Alo Yoga yesterday to purchase a pair of shoes. The employee who helped me with the shoes was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to help me find the right size, and I really appreciated her assistance. Unfortunately, my experience at checkout was very different. I didn't hear what the blonde employee at the register said, so I simply said, "Sorry?" She frowned at me and responded, "What?!" in a very rude and irritated tone. I was honestly taken aback by her reaction. English is not my first language, and sometimes I may need someone to repeat something, but I don't think that should be met with that kind of attitude. It made me feel very uncomfortable and left a negative impression at the end of what had otherwise been a great shopping experience. I really appreciate the employee who helped me with the shoes, but I hope the store can provide better customer service at checkout so that customers are treated with patience and respect

  (Lol not the alo staff liking my comment about them being racist karma will come to yall real quick..)😌 A few girls were definitely racial profiling whenever we walked in the store more towards me for some reason some girls were very nice (only nice one was by the door) Definitely racist and kept following me around the store while trying to find something for my birthday we ended up just leaving because most of the girls weren’t helping anybody just gossiping around Eachother and they were just following me around the store while looking. I see why this store has a lot of bad reviews and nothing changes obviously.
