  Horrible products and customer service. Our 11 year old daughter saved her allowance to buy a white Alo skirt. The next day, she accidently got pink sidewalk chalk color on it. The white fabric is so low quality that we can't get the washable sidewalk chalk stain out of it. We washed it 3 times and used a stain remover, to no avail. To add, we learned that Alo does not stand behind their products and would not exchange it or let us return it. Since then, we have read countless reviews online across platforms and have concluded this is a low quality brand with terrible customer service policies. Not sure how they think they will compete with Lululemon, we will be headed there to buy a similar skirt and you won't find us shopping again at Alo.

  Terrible !!! This was my worst experience ever make it make sense you get a order sent your POS system for in store pick up for items that should be what you have in inventory you then go pick the items from your racks. Two of my items got fulfilled the other item that I mainly need has to be shipped, I get to the store and they have so many sizes in the item they said they don’t have so someone messed up and doesn’t want to take accountability for saying they don’t have it in stock… they said I have to call customer service and after a 1hour of being on hold just to cancel my order I still haven’t talked to no one Whoever the Male manager he definitely needs to be fired he was no help he was clueless to the world every answer he said was contact customer service I’m asking him questions he’s upset and just keeps saying call customer service. Terrible experience won’t ever shop here at the company or at this location again, the woman that we’re working did a great job with customer service and also asking things as if well what if he did this, or this, he just didn’t care to even check or do his job. Poor management will make a store location go down hill but that guy needs to be trained customer service or he needs to be fired wouldn’t give me his name but tattoos on his arms etc.

  Employees are super rude They were all for standing around in a circle talking instead of helping a customer out. I was pacifically looking for something and when I went to check out this tall white guy he checked me out and he had the worst customer service ever. I don’t even know how he’s working there. He told me to wait, even though he wasn’t doing anything. Employees do not interact with customers at all when you’re in there they’re just doing their own thing instead of actually working worst experience ever! This was Monday at 11 May 11, 2026

  Had a horrible experience here! Never seen a staff that is so unhelpful, prejudiced, and so rude!! I walked in and got no help when I asked the staff and watched them speak rudely about a customer who had been standing there for over 30 mins. Suzan, Tanya, and Richard watch your attitudes U SHOULD BE FIRED !!

  Worst customer service. Susan, Josh, and Tanya were all extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of helping, they acted dismissive and irritated and the lack of professionalism made this a very unpleasant experience.
