  customer service was terrible. I bought a gold bandage top, it came damaged and the tag was written indicating that it was altered, and the store manager: Janae Abrams refused to give me a refund or atleast store credit. she was very rude throughout the entire process and kept giving me attitude and saying that i damaged it. i would expect this from one of the teenagers that work there but not a store manager. correction as of 9/16: now the store manager keeps stalking my socials and getting her workers to comment on my instagram, this is true harassment.

  I have always shopped at this location. I will not return. They had 1 size medium dress with stains on it . 10% is a slap in the face when I have to take a brand new dress to the dry cleaners.

  I finally found the perfect store with the quality and style I was looking for. I walked in because I seen a beautiful burgundy corset top on a mannequin. I found a black one just like it in my size. I seen an associate near by out the corner of my eye. I was never greeted. I felt as if I was being watched the whole time I shopped. I seen nearly 8 associates in the store and none of them spoke. I was taking a peek at the $7 rack and two of the cashiers were facing me watching me directly, shamelessly. I said hello and they didn’t speak. I tried on 4 different black corset tops. All stunning but I didn’t have an immediate need for them and none of the were “the one”. As I walked out of the fitting room there was a new girl standing in the fitting room area looking oddly suspicious. She directed me to hang the tops on an empty rack and the first associate I seen when I walked in (who I assumed is the manager because she looked the oldest) immediately came behind me and grabbed the tops and started counting them as if she suspected me of theft. I have no idea what I could have possibly done to make her assume that I would do such a thing and I’m extremely disappointed because I had every intention to return and purchased some of the beautiful y2k style cropped tops I seen in store. I’m honestly heartbroken by this. I’m a hard working disciplined woman and I didn’t deserve this kind of treatment. I will not be spending my money here.
