  We visited Robbins Brothers to look at engagement ring styles and sizes because we had heard great things. One employee kindly greeted us and said she’d be with us shortly, but after that we waited quite a while without anyone else acknowledging us. During that time, another couple who arrived after us was immediately helped. Eventually another associate approached us, but the interaction felt very dismissive and rushed. We were mainly handed rings to try on and didn’t feel welcomed or taken seriously as younger customers. It honestly made what should have been a fun and exciting experience feel uncomfortable and discouraging. We came in genuinely excited and ready to learn more about rings, so the experience was disappointing

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. We drive really far to come to this location. We were greeted and taken to room ok fine. When we asked if we could see what they had we were taken out to the sakes floor and told that there was nothing in our budget. I can't even begin to tell you how unwelcome we felt and very much embarrassed and angry that we got such a welcome or there lack of into the store. Every knocks mall pricing and how expensive it is but let me tell you we went to the mall after this horrible place and let me tell you my husband bought me the most beautiful in budget ring I ever saw in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS you want to be embarrassed and shunned away

  Jabria Jabria Jabriaaa! We've been looking at rings for months and months. I can tell you we didn't buy just a ring today, we bought Jabria. Jab showed knowledge, true customer service, and her care for us as her customers - she made sure we found the exact ring at the right price and she truly care about our future and feelings during the process. She also volunteers and has a small non profit to help the homeless - shes a brilliant human 👏 - Chris Alonso

  This place is exquisite! My ring was originally a diamond solitaire, purchased here. I decided after divorce to turn it into a mother’s ring, already having my children birthstones in a pendant. Alexandra assisted me in store and made it so easy! Her and the in-house jeweler knew exactly what style mounts to order to add the stones to my ring. The work to modify my ring was all done in the store and completed in a week. Even more amazing that RB’s price beat all other quotes from several other jewelers in Arlington. I’m obsessed with this stunning gorgeous ring!!!!
