  Being a guy who has never purchased an engagement ring I was worried I would buy the wrong thing or just something my fiancée wouldn’t love. All my worries left the moment Julie introduced herself. She was nice friendly and very knowledgeable. I looked around for a few minutes and I knew that the ring my fiancée had always talked about would have to be a custom made. This concerned me for a moment until I told Julie. We sat down in her office I told her about the ring and within a few seconds she brought my ring to life on her computer it was everything my fiancée had talked about. Julie made the process very easy she kept me informed on everything going on Julie gave me a date on when the ring would be ready and sure enough when that day came the ring was ready just like she said it would be and it was just as beautiful in person as it was in my mind. Honestly it was the easiest thing I’ve done in a long while and it was all because I had Julie’s help I highly recommend going to Robbins Brothers if you’re looking to buy a ring or any type of jewelry ask for Julie and problem solved

  My husband and I came in to look for a new wedding ring set. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and asked how they could be of service. We let them know our needs and she said she told us to look around while someone would be with us soon. Julie soon came to us and started to ask me what I was looking for. We felt so comfortable with her. She was patient and helped me find my perfect wedding set. We did not feel pressured at all. She had me try different styles and designs to see what spoke to me. Even when we had pretty much decided, I had a small doubt. She was ever so patient and said "No worries, we can try others." She really made me feel like I wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely be back because of her. We highly recommend Julie to anyone who needs any assistance at Robbins Brothers.

  I recently got my wedding band from Robin’s brothers. From the moment we walked in everyone was incredibly welcoming and so friendly. My fiancé and I worked with Bre and she helped us through the entire process and was fantastic! I had no idea what I was looking for when I first came in and instead of making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. She took the time to get to know my style and show me many different options! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for my jewelry! Highly recommend🤍 I’m beyond happy with my wedding band!

  I had my husband’s gold ring custom engraved. I purchased and worked with Robbins brothers for my international wedding. On the day of pick up, as a courtesy call, I called the location to inform them we were picking up the rings day. It wasn’t until then that I (and they) learned my purchase had not been delivered. They had no estimated delivery date, and it did not come in time before we left for our international travel. They gave me a loaner band and ultimately a $100 discount 1 month after returning. Oh and they paid to ship the loaner band back. I had to request an explanation which they chalked up to it being stuck in customs. Thousands of dollars later with no apology or means of communicating their major mistake, I will NEVER do business with this company again. Pitiful customer service. Edited 6/21 to say that my issue is FAR from resolved despite Robbins brother’s reply. I received a call from Henry the manager on Thursday, 6/11, and overnighted the loaner ring on Friday 6/12. I heard nothing from the company in 10 days. Called yesterday and left a voicemail without return. Called again today and was informed they would promise to ship the ring out tomorrow. 0 movement without me following up and I’m now 2 months out from my wedding. An absolute nightmare of a company to work with. Do not purchase your rings or other fine jewelry here. This should have been resolved on the day of owner reply had they simply shipped me my purchase.
