  Extremely disappointing experience. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this jewelry company, particularly with how my ring purchase has been handled since March 2026. I originally requested a white/rose gold wedding ring. The salesperson strongly encouraged me to upgrade to platinum, explaining that the rising price of gold made platinum a better option. Based on that recommendation, I agreed to the upgrade and paid the additional cost. Unfortunately, when the ring arrived, it did not have the rose gold color I specifically requested. I was then informed that platinum could not be dipped to achieve the rose gold appearance I wanted. This is something I should have been told before I agreed to pay extra for platinum. Had I been given accurate information at the time of purchase, I would have kept the original rose and white gold material. I immediately explained that the ring was not acceptable, and the store agreed to replace it. I was also assured multiple times that the replacement would be completed in time for my wedding. That did not happen. They tried to compensate with a loaner ring which again did not arrive in time for our wedding. Because of the original mistake and the repeated assurances that the replacement would be ready in time, I ultimately did not have matching wedding rings with my wife on our wedding day. That is something that cannot be undone, and it has made this experience especially frustrating and disappointing. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of follow-through afterward. Despite requesting an invoice at least four times, I still have not received one. I have also repeatedly requested a refund of the additional amount I paid for the platinum upgrade, and that refund has still not been provided. At this point, this has been an unresolved issue for months, despite numerous attempts on my part to get it resolved directly with the store. I am posting this review in the hope that a manager or someone in a position to resolve this will finally respond. I would much rather resolve this directly than escalate the matter. However, if the store continues to be unresponsive, I will consider disputing the charge with my credit card company. I am not leaving this review because a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. I am leaving it because of the lack of accurate information, repeated promises that were not fulfilled, failure to provide an invoice, failure to issue the requested refund, and months of poor communication afterward.

  5/5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible Experience! The main reason my fiancée chose Robbins Brothers to buy my engagement ring was because of their fantastic reviews highlighting how genuinely welcoming and accepting they are of LGBTQ+ customers. After she proposed to me, she told me about her amazing experience here, and I knew instantly that this was a business I wanted to support. I decided to return the favor and purchase her engagement ring from them, too. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chemagne, who helped me design the perfect ring for her. From the start, Chemagne was lovely to work with and did a fantastic job communicating every step of the design process. Initially, the estimated timeline was about four weeks out, which meant the ring wasn't going to be ready in time for our trip to Puerto Rico, where I planned to execute my reciprocal proposal. But Chemagne completely saved the day. Literally three hours before our flight was scheduled to leave, she messaged me to let me know the ring was ready. The timing lined up so perfectly, and because of her, I had the most beautiful ring in hand when we jetted off to Puerto Rico. The ring is absolutely stunning, and the level of service and inclusivity we experienced was unmatched. I would highly recommend Robbins Brothers and Chemagne specifically to anyone looking for fine jewelry, a safe and welcoming environment, and truly amazing customer service

  Being a guy who has never purchased an engagement ring I was worried I would buy the wrong thing or just something my fiancée wouldn’t love. All my worries left the moment Julie introduced herself. She was nice friendly and very knowledgeable. I looked around for a few minutes and I knew that the ring my fiancée had always talked about would have to be a custom made. This concerned me for a moment until I told Julie. We sat down in her office I told her about the ring and within a few seconds she brought my ring to life on her computer it was everything my fiancée had talked about. Julie made the process very easy she kept me informed on everything going on Julie gave me a date on when the ring would be ready and sure enough when that day came the ring was ready just like she said it would be and it was just as beautiful in person as it was in my mind. Honestly it was the easiest thing I’ve done in a long while and it was all because I had Julie’s help I highly recommend going to Robbins Brothers if you’re looking to buy a ring or any type of jewelry ask for Julie and problem solved
