  I came from a different store first and the lady had been measuring me and said I was a larger cup than I actually was. She told me that wouldn’t carry my size at all and I would have to look elsewhere, I felt so embarrassed and saw lane Bryant wasn’t too far. When I came in, I was greeted by Jess, and she was nice in explaining I was measured completely wrong and she helped to get me to my perfect size. I didn’t feel like I was so enormous. I was then helped by Kristen who convinced me to take a second look despite them not having my size in a few of the options, she gave me her thoughts on things I wasn’t sure of and helped me figure out which styles would be best, I’m so glad I did stay. Annissa made me feel like such a woman and took her time showing me different options, colours and even helping me pick out different sets, it honestly felt like I was shopping with my best friends. Even at the end, it was running a little close to 8 and even a bit after, I was never rushed at any point and all three ladies have made me feel like a woman. If you shop anywhere, I would recommend this store specifically because of them and how wonderful they were the entire time.

  Had a rude experience with the woman in the glasses and headpiece in her hair. Everytime I get my packages from this store I always have a problem with them not having my full order despite my email saying it's all there.

  I had one of the most unexpectedly emotional and empowering shopping experiences at Lane Bryant, all thanks to Kristen. I originally walked in to purchase something for someone else. Kristen greeted me warmly and, somehow, gently started a conversation about bras. I told her I had basically given up on wearing them because they were always uncomfortable and just an awkward and painful experience —so I just stuck to the cheapest options, coziest option I found and avoided the whole bra shopping experience altogether. She encouraged me to let her do a fitting. I was hesitant, but she said, “just humor me”—and I’m so glad I did. After she measured me and brought a bra she thought would work, I tried it on… and honestly, I started to cried in the dressing room. For the first time, I felt comfortable, supported, and genuinely beautiful. Kristen helped me adjust it properly, and everything just *clicked*. My posture changed, my confidence shifted, and I didn’t even want to take it off. I ended up wearing the bra out of the store while I continued shopping because it felt that good. I.Felt.That.Good. Kristen created such a safe, warm, and uplifting space—it honestly felt like a mother-daughter moment. She had this “Mama Bear” energy that made me feel seen and cared for in a way I’ve never experienced in a store before. I’ve always dreaded places like Victoria’s Secret because I never felt comfortable or confident. But this? This was completely different. I walked out feeling sexy, empowered, and finally confident in my own body. Every woman deserves an experience like this. Thank you, Kristen. You.Are.Incredible.
