  I wish I could give more stars for this particular store. The new manager Jess was exceptionally warm and kind both on a call and at the store. I had placed an order and had to leave the country was happy my order was still available to pick up. Made my day thank you Jess keep up the good work 🥰

  Kristen helped me with a bra fitting today and found a bra and style that actually fits me! She was so kind and I loved her personality. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. I will be back because of her! Wonderful experience! :)

  Oh, yesterday, I went to Lane Bryant in the Highlands a lady by the name of Kristen help me find the right size bras but not only did she help me in that area. Her whole personality was so bubbly. She was so courteous so friendly. I have made a new friend. I told her basically when I come I only want you to help me not being funny or anything I just like the way that she dealt with the fact that I didn’t know how to size myself up in my bras. All of the other employees were very sweet and kind as well but Kristen she just stuck out with me the most I just wanted to say thank you Kristen Lane Bryant you really have a jewel this lady here once before she helped me and I don’t even think I remember to say thank you much but when I came back, I remembered her she is the kindest employee I have ever seen so I just want to give her kudos ! Lane Bryant value her good because she’s the best. I think she should get raises too plenty of them lol Thank you, Kristen. I’m so happy you are near me and I don’t have to travel too far because I’m definitely coming back and get some more bras and panties and everything you know and I’m gonna need your help. Definitely you’re the best.!

  I went into this store frustrated about my situation. But thank God, Kristen was working. She talked me through all the different choices. Kristen measured me so I would know my correct size. She was patient and kind. Kristen just earned Lane Bryant my business. This experience was amazing. Kristen is great. Thank you!

  I came from a different store first and the lady had been measuring me and said I was a larger cup than I actually was. She told me that wouldn’t carry my size at all and I would have to look elsewhere, I felt so embarrassed and saw lane Bryant wasn’t too far. When I came in, I was greeted by Jess, and she was nice in explaining I was measured completely wrong and she helped to get me to my perfect size. I didn’t feel like I was so enormous. I was then helped by Kristen who convinced me to take a second look despite them not having my size in a few of the options, she gave me her thoughts on things I wasn’t sure of and helped me figure out which styles would be best, I’m so glad I did stay. Annissa made me feel like such a woman and took her time showing me different options, colours and even helping me pick out different sets, it honestly felt like I was shopping with my best friends. Even at the end, it was running a little close to 8 and even a bit after, I was never rushed at any point and all three ladies have made me feel like a woman. If you shop anywhere, I would recommend this store specifically because of them and how wonderful they were the entire time.
