- NJNatalia Johnson5 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience at this Arlington JCPenney. I drove all the way here because the website showed the shoes I needed were in stock. When I arrived, the shoe department was a complete mess with shoes scattered everywhere and barely anyone available to help. There was no manager on site, no one at the checkout counter, and I had to search around just to find assistance. When I finally found the shoe I came for, there was only one shoe. The other shoe was completely missing, and the associate was unable to locate it. If your website says an item is in stock, customers should be able to reasonably expect the complete item to actually be there. The condition of the department and the lack of available staff made the entire experience even worse. I drove all the way to Arlington for absolutely nothing.
