Samantha was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming to every single customer that came through her line. She took the time to ask questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we understood the whole transaction process. You can tell she truly cares about customer service and making people feel comfortable. Employees like Samantha are the reason customers come back. Thank you for turning my experience around!
- DDdhmg777May 7, 20261.0Where is the customer service at the JCP Photography Studio at Parks Mall??. I waited for over 30m for them to take my pic. There was no greeting or introduction... they just asked for my name. We did not discuss prices until AT ALL until after the pics were taken. The different positions suggested was horrible and every pic taken was 1 shot. The photographer kept saying "Awesome"! After seeing the nonsense he took, I did not want to buy them. Be careful going there
