I have to say, I am truly impressed with the Goodwill on Lamar! I’ve been a regular shopper here for a while, but lately, this location has undergone a remarkable transformation. The store is looking so much better—it's cleaner, better organized, and so much easier to navigate. The shelves are fully stocked with hidden treasures waiting to be found, and the overall atmosphere is bright and welcoming. It finally feels like a true treasure-hunt destination rather than a chaotic thrift store. However, what really made my visit stand out was the incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, and they were patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory. One associate even helped me carry a heavy piece of furniture to the front and made sure I had help loading it into my car! It's clear that the management and team truly care about both their shoppers and the store's presentation. This isn't just a thrift store anymore—it's a shopping experience. I'm so grateful to have this location in our community, and I'll definitely be coming back more often. Keep up the amazing work, Goodwill Lamar team! You've earned every one of these five stars. 🌟

The Lamar store is amazing. Shonay and I believe the store manager name Stephanie are awesome. Wish they had more people like this at the other stores. I do find a great selection from time to time.
