Sometimes, when you shop somewhere regularly, it isn’t necessarily because you’re in love with the prices—it’s because of the people you encounter. At Goodwill, one employee who consistently stands out is Quin. No matter the day, the weather, or what may be happening, customers are greeted with his unmistakable enthusiasm: “Welcome to Goodwill!” Anyone can deliver an enthusiastic greeting. But if that same enthusiasm doesn’t follow the customer throughout the store, then the greeting isn’t genuine. That is never a concern with Quin. His welcome is only the beginning. You never feel as though you are bothering him when you ask for his opinion or assistance. He remains approachable, attentive, and genuinely invested—and that same positive energy follows you throughout your entire shopping experience. Customers actively seek Quin’s opinion because they trust it. Sometimes, you’ll pick up one piece and wonder what you could possibly find to match it—and Quin has already found a couple of options because he is that familiar with what’s on the racks. And Goodwill, take notice—Quin knows his brands! He recognizes quality, coordinates pieces, and helps customers see possibilities they might otherwise overlook. Whether he is checking out customers, bringing out merchandise, or organizing the racks, Quin is always working and always engaged. Excellent customer service matters, but sincere and consistent customer service leaves an impression. Quin delivers all three. Thank you, Quin, for your dedication, your energy, and your unmatched, excellent customer service. I appreciate you, and I know many other customers do too. Goodwill, this is what genuine customer service looks like. Recognize it. This shout-out is well deserved!!

The staff on the floor were not friendly. Felt like I was always in their way. Had to wait awhile for checkout. Minimal conversation with cashier Quin G and then he neglected to give me my change! Wasn’t a lot, but that is just wrong! Will not shop there again.
