  DO NOT SHOP HERE. If you do, do not purchase 1-hour delivery for extra money. My one hour delivery took 5 hours. If it’s for an important occasion shop elsewhere, as they pay NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. First, they tried to offer me a gift that was supposed to be already included in my order to make up for being hours late. Then when the order arrived it was missing items. I called 5 times in a row just to get them to answer. Store just gives you the run around over the phone. Lies on lies, and excuses on top of excuses just to keep your money until they can send your order. WILL NEVER ORDER EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN. EVERY STORE HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS, I clearly see why. I’ll try my luck with local mom and pop stores rather than this raggedy mismanaged name brand chain.

  I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a small flower arrangement online, and I completely understood that it was one of the less expensive options. However, the flowers shown online looked bright, colorful, and fresh, while the arrangement I picked up had wilted, faded flowers that looked like they wouldn’t last another day. The overall presentation also looked very cheap compared with the online photo. The card, bag, and balloon setup looked off and pitiful. When I got in my car and actually looked at everything, I was honestly shocked and even laughed because it looked like a joke. Then I started worrying about how embarrassing it would be to give it to my friend. I ended up going to a grocery store, purchasing another bouquet, replacing all the original flowers, and completely rearranging the gift myself. I even had to redo the balloon and use a different bag because the original presentation looked so awkward. I also decided to buy an extra gift card to insert inside the card I purchased here because the card looked like it was printed with faded ink and folded crooked. So I ultimately spent more money and time fixing an order I had already paid for. I’m not upset about the size or expecting a luxury arrangement for a low price. I just expected the flowers to be fresh and the overall presentation to at least resemble what was advertised online. Unfortunately, it did not. After seeing how bad the flowers looked, I was worried that a previous order I had placed a few days earlier for delivery had turned out just as poorly. I asked my friend how her flowers were, and she told me they had wilted the very next day. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from here again.

  Online it says they are open and I’ve been waiting outside for 30min already . The open sign is on and I’ve called twice and no answer! If the store hours are incorrect please change it .

  I’ve ordered from this location before and never had an issue.Today I placed an order for 1 hour delivery 5 hours later I called the store to check on the order. The gentleman that answered was rude and lied. He stated that he called the person receiving the arrangement and they said to deliver after 6, even though I placed an order for 1 hour delivery. Of course I call the person to confirm and they never received a call from edible arrangements. So much for surprising them smh. Horrible customer service/experience will order from a different location moving forward.
