  I’ve ordered from this location before and never had an issue.Today I placed an order for 1 hour delivery 5 hours later I called the store to check on the order. The gentleman that answered was rude and lied. He stated that he called the person receiving the arrangement and they said to deliver after 6, even though I placed an order for 1 hour delivery. Of course I call the person to confirm and they never received a call from edible arrangements. So much for surprising them smh. Horrible customer service/experience will order from a different location moving forward.

  Birthday was June 5th... Delivery on the 6th..Very rude ....Would never use these people...thanks for nothing...

  I was really disappointed with my experience at this location. A friend sent me a birthday delivery on March 6th, and while most of the items arrived, the vase with the flowers which was a key part of the gift was completely missing. My friend contacted the store the next day and was assured it would be delivered the following day, but as of March 16th, it still hasn’t arrived. This was disappointing, especially for a birthday delivery. I would expect better attention to detail and follow-through. At this point, I cannot recommend this location.

  We have ordered from the store multiple times. Their delivery windows are a lie. I Tracked their driver today. And he left the strawberries somewhere else. I spent $70 to have these delivered to my child on Valentine’s Day. I called the store at least 10 times after I got the delivery notice and no one answered. so I drove 30 minutes to the store to figure out what happened. The kind lady who assisted us showed us the picture that the driver took, and it was not our house. She was really stressed out because this was a very busy day for them. She replaced the order. Gave us a few extras. I know this sounds like a happy ending. It sort of was. My child got her order. But if I hadn’t driven to the store, we would have lost the money. When we came home, we drove down every street in our neighborhood and recognized the door she showed us in the store. One block over. Hope that family enjoyed their free strawberries and a personal card I made for my child. had this not been the first issue with this store, I would NEVER leave a negative review.
