- SESusan EllisAug 22, 20261.0I ordered a birthday cake and flowers for my friend who posted pictures of them on facebook. I was EMBARRASSED when I saw the flowers that were sent. Truly awful and not worth what I spent. I called the store, and Cynthia, the manager, graciously offered to replace the flowers. She also explained to me that Corporate sends them the flowers, so it is out of her control. If you have a similar problem, please contact Corporate. offices. Thankful that Cynthia is going to make this right.

The business it was supposed to go to was 10min from the Edible Arrangement store The sales girl Maria told me businesses get delivered from 12pm-1pm. The deliver guy calls me at 4:50pm saying he's at a burned down house telling me about renovations to a house. When i clearly stated to Maria it was a business and business name was provided Terrible service i expect a full refund!!!!!

I want to cancel my order for 8/15. Filed a complaint with BBB and will file one with corporate. Very very poor service.

Edible always have fresh awesome fruits but I was very disappointed how the pineapples were arranged, just thrown in the box on top of each other, with nothing to keep them in order... I had to arrange them myself and it was still not eye cathing...O well now I kno 😥
