  If I leave a rate of 0 I would, this store and company is an absolute joke. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THESE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A SPECIAL DAY! The staff and management customers service is horrendous. I called yesterday to get updates on an order that was delivered with the incorrect items and was immediately placed on hold for 34 minutes and then hung up on. No one came to pick up the phone. We basically received and paid over $100 for over prices balloons and 3 mini cheese cakes. When we ordered an entire fruit platter as well. You would also think considering it’s one of their busy seasons that the manger would be there and ready to help staff with all orders and issues but they are no where to be found. I’m just absolutely blown with the lack of communication, kindness, and customer service. I could go on with things that went wrong for this order but I feel it’s useless.

  My husband surprised me with an arrangement and it looked so beautiful but once I opened it the smell was so awful that my coworkers asked with a disgusting face what was I eating because it smelled horrible. I called my husband and told him what happen he went back to get it and took it to the store they had awful customer service and made it seem like my husband could not afford the arrangement that’s why he took it back. I will never again purchase from this establishment.

  I went in to get arrangements for my bf, I walked outside and my balloon flew away! I went back inside and Isaiah was so nice and kind and helped me out a lot! Great service! Thank you

  This Edible piece I got from this location was the best. This location has really done a full 180 with their customer service & quality of the arrangements. Cynthia and her new team have done an amazing job. The atmosphere when you enter the store is alot better from what is use to be. And I'm a regular and I'm happy to see more what yall have in the store's glass display. Thank you very much for the great arrangement. Will continue to keep coming back.

  I should've checked the reviews for this place before ordering. Apparently, half of my order was delivered to the recipient based on what they told me they received. I couldn't get ahold to anyone from the store because the number is corporate and not the actual store so there's that smh.
