Sales rep very helpful. Unfortunately, I was also looking for a color that was not in stock.

The woman working this afternoon would not get the hint to leave us alone. We said multiple times that we're good, don't need any help, going to walk around, etc. She was incredibly rude, snippy, and had attitude. Definitely only going to the hulen location from now on.

this is my regular go to. although the lady there who has been so nice welcoming and exceptional customer service on all my previous visits. this time around not so good she came off rude and just not in the mood I figured she's having or had a rough start in the morning I was thinking it might just be a one off, but I returned the next day and nope still the same I felt like I was being rushed.. hopefully when I visit again she be in a better mood. don't get me wrong I still love shopping here and will continue. she probably is just burnt out.

Stopped by today to pick up an online order, and I'm glad I tried it on, because the shirt was too big. Shelly (sp) and DeAndra (sp) were extremely helpful in helping me find an alternative shirt, since the size I needed wasn't in stock in the particular shirt I purchased, but after trying on 4 different shirts in the same color family but different styles, I was able to exchange my shirt for a better size, though the stye was slightly different, and I also found some other shirts that I will definitely be returning to purchase with my 20% off coupon. Thanks again Ladies for your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in helping me find what I needed.
