  Love their clothes just wish when we sell our clothes it would be a little more money but I don't blame them its fair.

  Why do I continue to give this place business??? Literally EVERYTIME I shop here the employees aren't friendly and they are always too busy playing to open another register 😡 Hire older people with good work ethic , the owners do NOT care anyway.

  So me and my daughter-in-law went into Plato's closet to sell some items while in the process we did receive payment we were offered 38$ and the cashier only paid 27$ while we in a hurry we didn't think to count the money so we left and once we left the parking lot we noticed we were given 27$ it took us a matter of 3 minutes to go back and ask for the rest and we were told we would have to wait until the next day to get what we were owed only if the register was over I'm not sure what's going on but this has happened more then once with us platos you need to get it together or do something about the problem right there and then some people don't have time to wait for the next business day because your employees can not get it together honestly I feel like if I wouldn't have noticed a thing the cashier would have pocket the money

  The kids working here are rude and disrespectful, I took in 12 pairs of American Eagle jeans men’s and women’s all barely worn and a couple had tags still, they only wanted to give me $10.00 and said they couldn’t take the ones with tags because they wasn’t in style. Mind you they were purchased a month ago..not sure they know what style is…look through their racks and it’s all old very outdated stuff. Very disappointing
