- DSdot smithApr 30, 20264.0Seemed like Everything was on sale. I could only find 1 fitting room on the other side of the store. And there are a couple of registers at one of the exits but not all of them. The folks there were very nice. Lots of parking in the parking lot. Nice quality of clothing.

- EWErin WeberDec 14, 20254.0PLEASE check that you've gotten a receipt when you check out! Seems the associate forgot to put the receipt in my bag and they have no way to resolve it. I assumed it was in the bag because I saw her put paper into the bag but it was just sales coupons. I came in as soon as I noticed (2 days after transaction) to try to get a receipt. They could not look up the transaction with my card or rewards account, although it has posted as pending to my card. The website says returns without a receipt might be eligible for JCPenney Merchandise card but apparently not at this store. Disappointed - I bought clothes for my husband for Christmas and we will have no way to exchange or return. They were nice at the store but it's unfortunate that they couldn't do anything. I may try going to a JCPenney when I'm back home (traveling for work) - maybe I will have better luck.
