- CWChristy WalkerSep 26, 20262.0It’s open and bright but the smell makes me leave. It smells like old moldy carpet in the store.
- TFTasha FinkeSep 7, 20261.0My mother and I went into the store today and we left empty handed. I wanted to buy some hand towels that were displayed in the Halloween section upstairs. We went to check out and they said the towels were $16 and I told them no that the sign says for $7.99 they radioed someone to look the price overs they radioed back that the sign was blank. I told the cashier I would go upstairs and take a picture to show them they didn’t even offer to do that. So I went upstairs and got the picture. Found out that yes one side was blank and the other side had the prices. I came down to show them and still they would not honor what the sign said and clearly it was the same hand towels, but they said the hand towels I got did not go where they were and it was misplaced. Clearly it had the same name but it was harvest not the Halloween design. They would not sell them to me even after I went to get the picture to show them. JCPenney you have lost business today and I will not be returning. The fact that the customer had to go do your employees job and still would not honor what the sign said is false advertising and many others will be mislead. Do better! Many people are being shown one thing on the sign and then online and when they go to checkout it is different. This is bad marketing!!!
