  I recently returned some jeans and attempted to return my ivory and Nomad color day drifters. Unfortunately, they were outside the 30-day return window, so I opted to have them hemmed. However, when I visited the store to browse the selection, I encountered an older lady with short blonde hair. She was unable to provide me with options in tan. When I inquired about low-rise options with a trendy vibe, she curtly informed me that they didn’t exist and rolled her eyes before continuing with her tasks. I was taken aback by her attitude and lack of assistance. It seemed like I could only purchase items online, and now I felt like I couldn’t even visit the store and receive the same level of service. I prefer shopping online because I don’t encounter such rude behavior. It’s intriguing to observe that she never inquired about my needs when I required assistance. Instead, whenever I glanced around, she was asking someone if they needed help. It seemed as if she assumed I wouldn’t buy anything and was solely motivated by the commission. Interestingly, I always end up purchasing something, while no one else who she’s asked actually makes a purchase from her. It’s quite peculiar. I believe she could benefit from more customer service training. At least the manager was pleasant and helpful.

  The young female cashier with glasses and long hair was very unfriendly and had a poor attitude. When I asked her a question, she responded in a very rude and dismissive way. I felt uncomfortable and honestly felt like she was looking down on me. I hope the staff can be more respectful and welcoming toward customers.

  This was my first experience at a Lululemon store and it won't be the last. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful without being pushy about sales. They call you by name and really seem to want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If what you want isn't in stock, they can order it right there on the sales floor and have it shipped to you. So easy. Plus, I met some other customers and we struck up a conversation about their beekeeping business. How randomly wonderful is that?
