  AVOID THIS SUNGLASS HUT LOCATION — Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading Experience I strongly recommend avoiding the Sunglass Hut in Allen based on our experience. We specifically refused the display pair because it was scratched, dirty, and had sticky residue on it. Mary, the store manager, and Nevaeh assured us they had brand-new pairs in stock and specifically told us the pair they were giving us was new. After we paid, we discovered they had actually given us the same display pair we had already refused. When we confronted them about the scratches and condition, they finally admitted that it was the display piece. They then claimed that the other two new pairs had suddenly been purchased by other customers. Their explanation did not add up. When we repeatedly asked why they told us the display pair was brand new, they had no answer and simply stood there silently without explaining themselves. This was not a simple misunderstanding. We clearly refused the display piece and only agreed to purchase because we were assured we would receive a brand-new pair. We felt completely misled, and they wasted our time. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially with the store manager directly involved. One of the worst retail experiences we have had. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If you value honest and transparent customer service, I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. We will never return to this store.

  Extremely disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut Allen. We specifically refused the scratched display piece, and MARY (store manager) and NEVAEH not sure whether her name is correct or not assured us they had a new one in stock. After paying, we discovered we had been given what appeared to be the same damaged display piece, covered in scratches with a sticky substance on it. We felt completely misled by MARY and NEVAEH. In our experience, they were dishonest with us by saying they were giving us a new piece from stock, but instead we received what appeared to be the same defective display piece. It felt like they were only concerned about making the sale and wasted our time by giving us false information. Worst experience and extremely unprofessional behavior. We will never return to this location. I hope Sunglass Hut management seriously investigates this.

  Nevaeh had helped us while we were in the store, very patient and passionate about the work and made sure we had couple options to choose from. Really appreciate her help while in store and would recommend her 1000%.
