Every time I visit, I am greeted by a welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable team that genuinely takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. The associates are attentive without being overbearing, always willing to answer questions, offer styling advice, and help locate the perfect size or item. The store itself is beautifully maintained, clean, organized, and merchandised to perfection. Every display is thoughtfully presented, making it easy to shop while showcasing the timeless style and quality that Ralph Lauren is known for. Even during busy shopping days, the team remains patient, efficient, and focused on ensuring every customer has a great experience. I especially appreciate the wide selection of apparel for men, women, and children, along with the variety of classic and seasonal pieces available.   Worst customer service. I went to buy accessories, but the guy was so silent, like hell. I asked him a question, and he just showed me the answer by pointing it, instead of telling it from his mouth. Well, Loss for them. I am buying somewhere else.

  Here’s a polished version of your feedback: From the moment I entered the store, browsed, and ultimately made a purchase, there was no greeting, acknowledgment, or offer of assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable on many levels. Additionally, several employees were engaged in personal conversations with one another both on the sales floor and behind the cash register, creating an unprofessional atmosphere and giving the impression that customers were not a priority. As a paying customer, I expect at minimum to be acknowledged and made to feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

  I went to the store today to buy some clothes for my wife, and I also wanted to buy a few T-shirts for my friend’s children. I picked out a total of six children’s shirts and one adult T-shirt. However, when I got to the checkout counter, I was told that I could only purchase five items. I honestly don’t understand why. Does this mean I can only buy five items per day, or only five items from Polo in my entire lifetime? If you think these items are being sold too cheaply, then I don’t understand why they are on sale in the first place. It seems very contradictory. There were no signs anywhere in the store indicating a five-item purchase limit. I felt that I was treated unfairly. The manager of this store is truly a “great” manager.
