  My first veryvtime every experiencing racism since I been here was at this store . They look at you like you about to steal! I ask for help and they proceeded to help another race behind me. Spoke to everyone except for me. I will be reporting this to higher ups! Sad! Hire better employees! I literally walked out the store

  I placed a pick up in store order, The next day, I get an email that my order is ready at 9:39 AM, for both of my items in my order. Because I do not reside close to any Michael Kors location as I was heading out that way, at 10 AM I get another email that one of my items has been canceled. At this point, I’m calling and calling the store letting them know that I do not want anything anymore and to cancel the whole order, nobody answers, I called different various times as well. I tried placing a complaint through the phone at the main customer service line and they hung up on me. I tried placing another complaint through chat and they closed the chat. This is ridiculous. I will let everybody that I know that buys at Michael Kors to stay away.

  Buyers beware!! Received worn out shoes from store. I booked a pair of shoes online and had it picked up from this particular store because it had the option. To my surprise when I checked I saw I received worn out pair. This type of unprofessional behavior is very much unexpected from such a branded store. The behavior of the store staff is so uptight and condescending but when it comes to delivery they fail miserably. Please think before buying from this store.
