  I'm very disappointed with how I was lied to by the staff at this store. On 7/3/2026 I visited this store around 2:30p. When I walked up to open the door, there was a store worker standing at the door blocking customers from coming in. When we asked why, she shared they were closing at 3p. I asked her to let me in since it was 2:30p, she then shared the register was closed but I could see customers in the store. I asked for a manager- Assistant Manager came and told me a completely different story. He stated the air conditioning wasn't working and they were closing early but would reopen tomorrow morning. I stated, "so the air will be repaired tomorrow "? He replied "no" but we will be open from 12p-4p but may close early. All of this seemed very sketchy and odd. All the other stores were open with no issues but Marc Jacobs closed early. I really liked this store but will not go back

  My experience at the Marc Jacobs store at Allen Premium Outlets was overall okay. The store was clean, organized, and had a nice selection of handbags, accessories, and apparel. I was able to browse comfortably and found several items that caught my attention. The associates were polite, but the overall customer service felt fairly average. While someone acknowledged me when I entered, there wasn’t much interaction beyond that, and I didn’t feel the same level of engagement or enthusiasm that I’ve experienced at some of the other luxury stores in the outlet. The shopping experience wasn’t bad by any means, but it also wasn’t particularly memorable. With a little more warmth, product knowledge, and proactive customer service, I think this location could provide a much more elevated experience. Overall, it’s a decent store with quality merchandise, and I would shop here again.

  The staff member seemed to be arbitrarily enforcing a so-called "store policy" that was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. This feels deceptive and is not an acceptable way to treat customers. In particular, the staff member named Jocelyn was very disappointing. Her attitude and the way she handled the situation were unprofessional and left a very negative impression. As a customer with the ability and willingness to spend, my experience at the Marc Jacobs Allen outlot store has completely undermined my confidence in this brand. Because of this experience, I will no longer purchase products from this brand, nor will I recommend it to others.

  And let me add this. I came in on Friday, I asked if they offered MILITARY DISCOUNT, Jocelyn said “Yes, but it would be a FINAL SALE” okay, I’m cool with that. She stamped FINAL SALE on my receipt & didn’t give me the discount. I’m glad I caught it before I left the mall. Went back & asked her to reprint me a receipt without FINAL SALE on it, so she was trying to play in my face from the beginning! Run them cameras from Friday 04.24.26. The whole crew CORNY, except the guy. He’s the only one with sense. Jocelyn didn’t even know how to reprint a receipt or maybe it’s just that she didn’t want me to have one. Either way, I returned all their SHIIIIII.

  Very bad customer service especially from the manager while waiting on you she will take in waiting on another customer like you're not even there very unprofessional
