  Is it clean… yes. Is the customer service nice… yes. Is the location great… again yes. My only complaint is that it is not quite like the other bass pro locations. The fish display is small, there is not the home section with the large display of candles and pillows & there were only 3 pontoons inside on display. When this was a Cabela’s it was up to standard… even though they are the same company this is not up to standards of a comparative Bass Pro Shop.

  5/15/26, allen cabela/BPS all of their registers are unusable and no customers allowed to purchase. Wasted day, loss of time for customer, loss of revenue for company. sad day

  Wow! This place is amazing. After looking at a huge assortment, we got a great fishing pole and fishing hats. The staff is very friendly.

  The selection at Cabela’s is great, no complaints there. Service though? Absolute retirement home energy. Needed two reels filled with new line. Got told “you’re next” three different times while the guy behind the counter kept dicking around instead of actually helping customers. Came back the third time and my reels were still sitting there untouched like abandoned museum artifacts — meanwhile the original dude had completely vanished and another clown had taken over the counter. How hard is it to just be service-driven and keep the line moving instead of wasting everybody’s time? And honestly this isn’t even just this location — most Cabela’s seem to operate on the same legendary lack of urgency. by the time they finally spool your reel you’ll probably already have caught the fish by hand.

  This is a outdoor lovers paradise. There's a lot of great things about this place like lorlts of selection of products,but I also find things a little hard to find. Certain items are spread out in different sections and finding what your looking for can be a a hassle. Say for instance the hats, they should have a section where there all in one are instead of separated by brand and in different locations Also some products can seem overpriced especially the clothing. But I enjoy coming here. One big problem I have with Bass Pro is they for your social security number to join the membership club and I find that asking too much for security reasons. And that's something they should change
