Worst place ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried to get information on a fireplace and basically laughed in my face because I didn’t know what I wanted. Told me that they weren’t Home Depot and they don’t educate customers. After I asked a few questions, he began to belittle me and would never answer my questions. I would never ever go or send other customers to this establishment ever again. If you want to be laughed at and belittled than this place is for you.

This place serves as a retail division for the company Golden Blount. They are very knowledgeable and have been in the industry for a long time.

We purchased all of the amenities for our remodeled fireplace. They were extremely helpful and patient. Loved the displays and multitude of choices from fireplaces to the look and shape of the logs. The style we chose worked out perfectly. Loved that it had a sheet of paper inside the box of gas logs on how to lay out the logs to look natural. The glass stones, lava rocks, and "embers" we purchased looked great, but way too much for our fireplace. All is not bad though, when our son's new house is finished being built, we're giving him all of that extra stuff to put in his fireplace and taking him to this store to buy his own gas logs! :o) VERY happy!
