The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, TN, and serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold, and the revenue helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

- LCLisa C4 days ago2.0Staff is great and store is clean. I went there today and prices continue to go up I was pretty disappointed. They have increased another $1 this year on every clothing section! $9 for a pair of jeans (no thanks). The price points here are way too expensive now. I used to spend over $100 every time I was here but I won't and haven't been coming as much because of the high prices. I hope they see a decrease in profits and lower the prices. $6 for shorts even sleep shorts (I can find them cheaper elsewhere). Finding cheaper avenues like Depop and Vinted have free shipping on all items currently and some items are as low as $1.50, Poshmark if you bundle clothing in someone’s closet it is one shipping price. I looked up how much profit Goodwill made last year and it was 7 BILLION! Other options yard sales and estate sales. I know you have discounted color tags and other discounts but that doesn’t discount the original prices. If I want something I’m not gonna wait 4 weeks until it goes on sale and come back. I’m not gonna buy it and leave and you miss out on a sale.
