The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, TN, and serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold, and the revenue helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

Her positive attitude, professionalism, and incredible customer service turned a simple shopping trip into an outstanding experience. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond so naturally, but Aliyah does exactly that. Goodwill is lucky to have her—she’s the kind of employee who keeps people coming back. - NHNaomi HooperJun 17, 20261.0if I could give this store a 0 I would !! found a pair of jeans but couldn't try them on due to dressing rooms tied up by customers with huge buggies full of clothing. they were taking in a few pieces at a time holding up everyone. I purchased the jeans and went to my car and tried them on...didn't fit. went in to return and was told no returns only store credit. I don't live in this city just passing through. poor service..beware of this store

So why on a Monday is there none of the color tags that are half off. And I've also gotten stuff with the color indicated and then told at the register that someone put up the wrong color sign? Also bring your own bag. They don't supply bags anymore.
