  I bought a pair and Vans, unfortunately had to return them not to not fitting. I bought them with a visa gift and split the cost with my debit card. When returning I expressed to the cashier I need it to go back on my debit card as I no longer had the visa gift card. She continued to do the exchange and still put the refund on the visa gift card that I no longer had. She was unable to reverse the rerun. She was not able to help or give me my money back. She made a call then gave me the customer support number. Well calling customer was a joke. I was not able to understand the lady on the phone she kept telling me to call my bank. I tried to express to her that was a disposable gift card and my bank could not help. I asked if they could provide a credit of some sort and you guessed it she said no she could not help with that. So I have no shoes and no refund. Lesson learned make sure the cashier actually pays attention to the card the funds go on before allowing her to complete return.

  Doesn’t even have outlet prices. Real outlets have vans for 20$ these are all 60+
