  We bought couple of glasses and Jamie stayed over to help us with our purchases and was very professional. And store manager Jerrie the next day was so rude and was impatient with us. We really felt bad for how we were treated the next day.

  Have to give this place 5 stars. Where do I even begin? I had purchased a pair of Oakleys from an Oakley store and unfortunately was given some incorrect information about them. When I tried to return them less than 24 hours later, I was told they could not be returned because of the way the purchase had been handled with another customer in the store. The manager there was also not very friendly or helpful, so the whole experience was pretty frustrating. Out of curiosity, my wife and I stopped into Sunglass Hut and met Jerri to see if there was anything she could do, since Sunglass Hut and Oakley are sister companies. The difference in atmosphere was immediate. Jerri spent probably two hours with us, patiently showing my wife and me different sunglasses while I tried to make up my mind because I liked so many different pairs. During that time, she made a few phone calls and figured out a way to give me an in-store credit for the Oakleys I no longer wanted. She even went out of her way to create a SKU specifically for them so she could help get the situation taken care of. That is truly above-and-beyond customer service and something you just don't see very often anymore. After a lot of debating, my wife and I both walked out with new pairs of Ray-Bans and couldn't have been happier with our purchases. Jerri was nothing short of incredible. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. We were able to joke around, share some laughs, and never once felt rushed or pressured. At the end of the day, they're just sunglasses, but as a business owner myself who takes a lot of pride in customer service, I really appreciate when I see someone who understands how customers should be treated. Jerri is a perfect example of what top-quality customer service looks like. She made us Sunglass Hut customers for life. Thank you again, Jerri, for all of your help and for going so far out of your way for us. It was genuinely appreciated!
