  I have been loyal to the oakley brand for 30 years. I am usually with Josh at the orlando Florida store off od vineland. I went in to get some accessories for my prescription glasses and had to ask for help as all of the associates were behind the counter. What I was shopping for was not easily displayed. When asking about the glass cases I was informed that any of the cases would fit. I asked for fitting of the appropriate glasses to the case and was met with they will fit. So after I paid for the merchandise I noticed another customer in the store not being helped. I went over to help the customer when a sales associate walked over and proceeded to jump into the conversation finally to offer their 2 cents before returning back to whatever was more important rather than helping a customer. This was truly bad for the oakley brand and explains why I choose to visit the oakley store in Orlando Florida withe joah and his staff. I am appalled!!!!

  The store manager was extremely rude. I tried to exchange a pair of shorts that I had just purchased because the button was broken. Instead of speaking with me directly, she completely disregarded me and had the employee working tell me they couldn't help because I didn't have my receipt. To the store manager: I sincerely hope every button you own pops at the most inconvenient time possible. Maybe then you'll understand how frustrating it is when something you just purchased falls apart—and how nice it would be to actually be treated like a customer. Thanks for absolutely nothing! 😊 Edit to add: I was contacted almost immediately after my original post and was asked to come in so they could replace the shorts. Thank you, Oakley, for standing behind your products and for being kind enough to replace them, even without a receipt. I truly appreciate you making this right and providing great customer service!

  The two employees helped with everything they even cleaned my old glasses for free. So i bought two pairs of oskely ,cleaning kit and warranty for 300 which is not bad considering the glasses are 200 a piece do that half off is cool. Thank you again oakley been wearing your glasses for almost 25 years and ill be turning 40 in August.
