  I visited this store yesterday and today (August 9 and 10, 2026), and this is hands down the best Michael Kors outlet store I have ever seen! I frequently shop at different outlet locations across Washington and Florida, as well as my closest local branch in Hershey (which is honestly my least favorite). Passing by this Smoky Mountains location was the most beautiful coincidence." "First of all, the store manager—I believe she’s the lady with the blonde hair, sorry I didn't catch her name—was incredibly welcoming, proactive, and professional. Also, a special shoutout to Lexa! She was smiling, radiant, and full of positive energy despite being pregnant 🫶🏻. She made us feel so comfortable and gave me amazing suggestions, which helped me pick out multiple perfect gifts for all of my friends back in Saudi Arabia. I am truly grateful to her."   I shopped in the Tanger Outlet Sevierville TN and spent about 400.00. My wife and my mom loves this brand but unfortunately we have received a bad customer service, staff are rude!!! That would be last time to shop at that Michael Kors location!!! And my last time to buy Michael Kors products!
