  I shopped in the Tanger Outlet Sevierville TN and spent about 400.00. My wife and my mom loves this brand but unfortunately we have received a bad customer service, staff are rude!!! That would be last time to shop at that Michael Kors location!!! And my last time to buy Michael Kors products!

  I’m a regular at my MK store in Mississippi, and I guess I expect the same treatment from all of them. I walked in and this staff member spoke and proceeded to tell me about the discounts and I thanked her. I made my way to the clearance section and the same staffer came and stood about two feet to my left and just stood there. I was so disgusted by what she did. I’m not a thief and would never give up my freedom just to wear MK clothing line. I really saw some pieces I wanted, but I didn’t feel comfortable shopping any longer.
