  Horrible customer service, staff were very rude. Bought one piece of clothing and didn’t like it, so I went to return it 30 min later, cashier told me there are no refunds and all sales are final, kept refusing to let me return, The cashier I checked out with never stated all sales are final, adding on the one sign that says all sales are final is so small, not visible and is at the end of the register so you can only see it when your done with your purchase. Horrible experience even with the manager I spoke to.

  As others said, the changing room staff should be fired. Not just because they are rude, but they’re also not following corporate inclusivity policy. Unfortunately for them, I actually have partners to contact on this matter around LGBTQIA+ rights and each of the signs at every lululemon store has this badge. They allow multiple people into changing rooms based on gender stereotypes and their own morals and beliefs and it’s quite clear why. Corporate is a big pride advocate and my experience will be shared, so to the girl it’s the blue shirt working on 7/24/2026 at 4:20pm. Your very clear distain and local values I’ll call them is not how the world operates and it will be notated. You work for a company, you do not make your own policies and it’s meant to be inclusive for everyone. I mean everyone. Read the sign on your door.

  Not recommend :( One of the staff who took care of the changing room was so rude, she was no eye-contact and smile to the customers that was really awful. Also, I came back to return my stuff which was purchased an hour ago was totally rejected. It really "surprised" me no return and no refund in a such well-known store.

  This was easily one of the best outlet experiences we’ve had. The manager and the entire team were so helpful and attentive throughout our visit. We might have gone a little overboard, let’s just say we spent enough for the credit card company to reach out and check on us! ​The selection for both men and women was very impressive, offering a wide variety of styles and a great range of sizes. I’ve been wanting to try several pairs of their pants and shorts for a while but was hesitant to pay full retail prices before knowing if I’d love them. Thanks to the deals here, I now have a solid collection to start with. ​It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Since it is only a 5.5 hour drive from home, we are already planning to make this a regular long weekend trip just to shop and stock up.
