  This place is seriously one of the worst places I have ever been to. The workers there are terrible, the cashiers all have terrible attitudes, and they just follow you around everywhere. Learn personal space please.

  I had a “half & half” great & bad experience. First of all they hand you an “additional 30% off coupon” with QR code when you walk in that is actually just an ad for the store items ALREADY ON SALE… not a coupon you can USE. I had a good experience shopping and trying on clothes. Jess was a doll! Then… I get to one of the most incompetent store workers at the register. She wasn’t rude, just dumb.

  Me and my sister were checking out today 12:37pm and Cashier: KM4311 This American eagle location interaction with this young woman, dirty blonde hair, brown shirt nothing else really memorable about her other than the fact she had a very idgaf attitude, not very welcoming and I asked her if she can scan these pants that I found in a certain dollar amount section to be sure they were the correct price and not incorrectly placed there since they were cute pants and anyway she replies “I can almost guarantee you that they’re not” in this really mean tone I was so taken aback I thought to myself whatever I don’t even live here so I’ll let it slide but then low and behold, they were the amount so I was like jokes on her lol. But just that whole interaction just straight face I don’t wanna be here, I get it but I’m sure if I was her It would be even more exhausting to be a you know what. Maybe just some retraining for that girl but one to name Was great. I believe I remember was Ellie? Very sweet and attentive to almost every customer even since I’m more of the shy quiet type.

  Analise is great! She’s so nice and friendly. She slayed. Definitely consider her for raises :)
