  One of the worst dressing room experiences, 9 rooms total and just utter chaos in the store. No attendant or structure of how many items are brought in. People in a room for over 30 minutes (seriously) with people in their group continuing to bring more and more items to them. The line backed up with over 15 people in line, no exaggeration. We left after standing in line 20 minutes, then being asked by an associate to move to the back of a different line and start over. Left the store, made a full lap around the Opry Mills Mall. Returned to give a second chance and the. same. people. in. the. rooms. and. line. Bought 2 dresses without a chance to try on because attending a wedding soon. Not always returnable or exchangeable is what an associate informed us of. Was desperate this time for a dresses, not sure if returning is on the table until change is made with how they operate. Not impressed in the slightest. Please please build a system or structure for the sake of anyone who walks into the store. People who deserve better and their time respected.

  I came in about 30 mins til close and Osmara was extremely sweet and patient with me even though I asked her to check for 6 different shows in my size i ultimately found my entire outfit and accessories thanks to her. She’s the best will be back again and again! 5️⃣⭐️

  Osmara was amazing!! I was visiting my friend from Florida and she helped us the whole time. She made sure we left with outfits that we liked all super affordable!! She was the cutest little thing. My friend who lives here in Nashville will come back to see her with her daughters!
