- ADAndie Davis4 days ago1.0I have never given a one star review, but Tiffany’s customer service absolutely warrants it. Tiffany states they have a 30-day return policy. My parents tried to return a couple rings in perfect condition they only had for 15 days, and Tiffany wouldn’t even consider a refund, exchange, or any help at all. I am so disappointed in this company, as I have been a fan of theirs for many years. Their return policy is false and downright shady. They should simply state “ALL SALES FINAL.” Buyer beware—know that when you purchase anything from this company, there are no returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
