Dan, the greeter, was incredibly kind and even had the last LEGO set I wanted held for me until I could get into the store. That level of customer service really stood out, especially on a busy tax-free weekend. Kiana at the register was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about other LEGO sets, and it was obvious she genuinely enjoys helping customers. Both of them made the experience fun and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

What I did not like is the mini-figs area is so small and you got to put your hand in tubes that everybody else's hands have been in a thousand times. In Lexington Kentucky our minifig store has a big old Open table where all the parts and pieces are on and you just pick what you want. It gives you a lot more opportunity to see all your options and I like that a lot better. But this overall experience was good.

This review is because today instead of just purchasing Lego I was in for an exchange. Got a duplicate set recently and wanted an exchange for another exact cost set- until the manager decided I needed to be interrogated about when exactly and where it was purchased and by whom. This was the worst lego experience yet. Whoever the manager is at the opry store needs to learn to soften his presence as well as lean more towards customer service. Let’s say for some reason the exchange cannot be done. That should be stated reasonably. Not conveyed in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable to even be in the store. Let’s get a more kid and family friendly manager from now on. Either somebody else or the same person with a new tone towards customers.

You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
