- DLDwayne Learmond2 days ago5.0Great service, friendly staff and a warm breath of fresh air.
- BHBen HatchellSep 17, 20261.0I ordered lenses here paid 200 for the lense replacements they came in and then they said they can’t install the lenses. Before he even tried he said he probably wouldn’t be able to do it because he could slice his hand open. Then lied again and said that they warned me that there was no guarantee they would replace the lenses after they arrived (another lie). After they said they couldn’t help me and I would have to go to the oakley store in opry mills I asked for a refund and he said he was unable to do so because it was outside the 30 day window and the system wouldn’t allow him to issue a refund. Another lie.. Never got a phone call/voicemail or an email that the lenses arrived and his reasoning for not allowing the refund was because it was not within the 30 days of ordering the lenses that had not arrived. Horrible customer service and will never return here again. Upper store location. This was not the downstairs store. Would love for someone to contact me in management about my experience here. I walked out with broken glasses and two loose lenses. I would have sent them directly to costa instead of wasting all this money
- MSMallory Covington SmithAug 1, 20265.0We had a wonderful experience at the Sunglass Hut in Green Hills today. Courtney is an exceptional associate and took the time to find us in store and online options for many pairs of sunglasses, and this was the differentiator for us from the other stores we had visited already. Plus there's a BOGO 40% sale happening right now! Of course this meant leaving with two pairs instead of one. Highly recommend Courtney!
