  Absolutely unacceptable. The employee who assisted us displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, his attitude was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. His body language alone made it obvious that he looked down on us and had no interest in helping. Every interaction felt disrespectful, and it seemed like he was annoyed that we were even there. Instead of providing basic customer service, he acted dismissive, impatient, and arrogant. We came in expecting assistance with a purchase and left feeling insulted and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated as if they are an inconvenience for asking questions or trying to spend money in a store. If this is the standard of customer service at this location, then management has a serious problem. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others before shopping here.

  I honestly had the worst experience. The staff came across as rude and unprofessional, and I felt talked to like I didn’t know anything. I wasn’t given helpful information, and the whole interaction was frustrating from start to finish. I will not be returning to either Opry Mills location. Also, the heavy-set African American employee was especially disrespectful, with a harsh, nasty attitude.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this sunglasses store. The customer service was unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. Staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and responded to questions with an unfriendly attitude. When I asked for assistance, I felt rushed and treated disrespectfully. Instead of trying to help, they appeared annoyed and unwilling to answer basic questions about their products. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I did not feel valued as a customer. I expected better service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I would not recommend this store based on the customer service I received.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut. The employee who helped us came across as rude and unprofessional. His body language and attitude made us feel unwelcome and like our questions were a bother. We were treated with a lack of respect, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel valued, and unfortunately that was not the case during our visit. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience. All this happened by the black lgbtq person at the front

  I went into sunglass hut 2 days ago. Tried on soo many pairs of sunglasses. Ultimately could not decide. Antwaun was the gentleman working he was super helpful, and friendly without being pushy. Well I went back today AGAIN. It was Antwaun I was a little embarrassed I was like oh no it’s the same guy! Never the less I went in , and he did remember me ! He said Hi you’re back. He was again so helpful and I decided to buy. There were 2 other ladies working near the cash register that we also so very nice and funny! Explained the warranty which I would not have usually purchased. But I wanted it after they told me about it ! Would recommend this store ! Antwaun is the best ! .
