- EEEssaJun 23, 20261.0This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who assisted us was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His attitude was obvious from the start, and his body language made it clear that he had no interest in helping customers. Every question we asked seemed to annoy him, and we were treated as if we were wasting his time. Instead of receiving basic customer service, we were met with arrogance, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. Spending money at a business should not come with being talked down to or made to feel unwelcome. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of the staff working during our visit because this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would strongly discourage others from shopping at this location.

His body language, tone, and overall behavior were rude and disrespectful. He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him just by asking questions. Instead of helping customers, he acted annoyed and dismissive the entire time. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a retail store. If this is the level of service Sunglass Hut considers acceptable, then management seriously needs to address it. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others. This happened by the black man that seemed that seemed to be part of the lgbtq community
