  Antonio was exceptionally polite, helpful & knowledgeable and you can tell he is an excellent salesman as well as a people person! Even those in our party who were not looking to purchase sunglasses walked out with a bag and kits because of the link to charity! Keep Antonio at all costs and give him a raise and a promotion! I am English and was with a group of American family & friends from NC, FL & Missouri and we all said that Antonio was the BEST salesperson that any of us have encountered at any Sunglass Hut Store globally! He is corporate management material! His CS skills were impeccable. My client that I was with is a popular CM artist in town for an EP release showcase/event and I manage him so we know our stores and customer service globally! Give the main a promotion & a raise!!!!!!

  Went to Sunglass Hut in the Opry Mills Mall and was helped by Antonio. He was very friendly and made sure we left with exactly what we wanted! Great service all around!

  This was easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who assisted us was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His attitude was obvious from the start, and his body language made it clear that he had no interest in helping customers. Every question we asked seemed to annoy him, and we were treated as if we were wasting his time. Instead of receiving basic customer service, we were met with arrogance, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism. Spending money at a business should not come with being talked down to or made to feel unwelcome. Management seriously needs to address the behavior of the staff working during our visit because this experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would strongly discourage others from shopping at this location.
