She was friendly and courteous and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I have a degree in public relations and sales and I can tell you she nailed it. 10/10

I purchased $500 worth of items on 2/7 (transaction number 329299) and when I got to the checkout counter (with no one in line) was never acknowledged or greeted until my frustration was shown! There were 4 employees there literally standing, talking, or not paying attention. And to make matters worse they decide during this bad customer interaction to send the cashier I approached to check out my bag of merchandise to break or home and was never spoken to during the checkout process until the end of my transactions other to say "sorry about your wait". There was no one in line! Obviously this location doesn't understand the checkout process is the last point of customer contact and the customer experience can determine return visits. Corporate really needs to review guest experiences at this location. AVOID this location at all costs if possible!
