- ELEmily LaVitola2 days ago2.0This review is for the inconsistency in treatment from sales people.. Stopped by today and was helped in 2 departments. Gal in sunglasses was professional and courteous. The Eastern European woman in women’s contemporary clothing was rude and cold. Aside from being unable to help me without immediately grabbing her manager (who solved the issue in 10 seconds) she couldn’t bring herself to say hi back to my friendly 4 year old. I get that not everyone is a kid person, but you work in customer service. If a simple hello to a child is too much for you, you are absolutely in the wrong line of work. It’s a shame because the store is beautiful and great product selection! About half the employees in the store don’t make you feel welcome as you walk through their department, and if you do need assistance it’s like they are doing you a favor. I worked in luxury boutiques for 8 years and never treated people like I was inconvenienced for having to greet them. Guess I’ll continue shopping Nordstrom.com and avoiding the store at all costs.

I buy 4 pants and robert did a mistake in the register at the end of the transaction and ended up costing my 1k, I dispute the transaction, nordstrom dispute as well and ended up scammed for 1000$ that I have to pay and no pants because he redid the transaction due to forgot to charge the tailoring and have to pay 1.2k. Great job robert your mistake ended up costing me 1k $, great job NORDSTROM team and corporation. I don’t recommend this store, and either robert in the men department.
