  I travel to Opry every couple of months for conferences and always make time to visit this store. This visit felt especially refreshing, with some new faces and a great product selection compared to my last visit in February. A huge shoutout to Rose, Maya, and Diane for their exceptional service. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience truly enjoyable. Looking forward to my next visit!

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Marc Jacobs. I purchased a handbag as a gift and paid in cash. Before completing my purchase, I specifically asked the sales associate if the bag could be returned in case the recipient didn’t like it. I was told yes, it could be returned. Just one week later, we came back to return the bag. It was brand new, unused, and in perfect condition. To my surprise, we were told that the bag could not be returned because it had been on sale. At no point during the purchase did anyone mention that sale items were final sale. There was also no sign or notice informing customers of this policy. If I had been told the truth before purchasing, I would never have bought it as a gift. This experience was frustrating and misleading. Customers deserve to be given accurate information before making a purchase, especially when they ask directly about the return policy

  they helped my find the perfect purse for my mom!! I didn’t catch the Saleswoman’s name but she was very helpful and explained all the promos and deals. Afternoon of October 22nd
