  I’m visiting from Arkansas and had been debating for two weeks about stopping by. I’m so glad I finally did! Dewayne provided absolutely excellent customer service, patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. He made my experience better than I expected. I actually hate that I’m heading back home tomorrow because I would’ve loved to return before I leave. Thank you for the great service and experience! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

  This is the only Marc Jacobs storefront in the state, and the customer service is exceptional. Sarah and Mrs. Winter took extremely good care of me! The store is conveniently located on the 2nd floor right next to Nordstrom’s. It’s so colorful and vibrant inside, with so many options to choose from, such as handbags, wallets, jewelry and shoes! It might have been my first official Marc Jacob’s purchase, but it won’t be my last!

  As a visiting Canadian, I just had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had in a store EVER at this location! The true meaning of southern hospitality. Every single employee in the store was so beyond friendly and sweet. Aside from the purse I purchased speaking for itself, I can truly say that our associates really sealed the deal on the sale with their kindness! Every store should model themselves after them.
