  The staff were friendly and made sure I was alright while shopping through the store. Everything is kept organized so it was easy to browse. I ended up getting a few jewelry pieces

  Ashley from 12 South was so cute and helpful!! She helped me find my perfect pants to order online due to moving. She’s so kind and patient, having her as an employee is a win for this store!!

  12 South Madewell is the best! Came in with a pair of jeans that the front button had come off of after a few months of wear. They were so accommodating and let me exchange them for a brand new pair! The lady that helped me was named Kim and she’s the best!

  Great experience yesterday. The staff was really helpful. One of the things that we really appreciated was how wheelchair accessible the store is. The ramp to the first floor and the elevator to the mezzanine and fitting rooms were great. There was space between racks that made it is easy to navigate with a wheelchair. The accessibility alone gives this store a high rating.
