  Great service from the gentlemen Sunday afternoon 3/29/26 while there to purchase a gift card and look for certain items but the store didn't have it. Thank you!

  SHOPPERS- THIEF ALERT !!!! I was in the store on 5/7/25 to shop and used 59 dollars on my 200 dollars gift card. When I check out , the gift card was new never used so the associate weirdly said that needs to went somewhere saying to scratch it .I didn't think much of it but now when i tried to use it again it said the balance is zero. When i spoke to the lululemon center they said , 140 dollars has been used on 5/21/25 they won't give me the location that it has been used at , but that was not me. Since it's a gift card they can't give me money back if it's stolen which is disappointing ! Even though this store is in Green Hill mall, i think everyone needs to be aware of using their gift card here and it might possibly get stolen like i did ! I find it so shocking and disappointed , as it was a gift! My purchase was 59.27 dollars and the stolen amount was 140.30 , exactly enough for 200 dollars with only 40 cents or so left. I never could shop exactly the same amount in order use all my gift card like that unless i know items at that store pretty well... it's something to think about isn't it ? I tell everyone now not to buy LULulemon gift card even i never had issues with goft cards anywhere like this before , I also wouldn't shop at this location again ! Buyers be aware !!!
