  Terrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude. Went in to return a pair of pants that were past the return policy which I get, I wasn’t asking for money back, would be fine with store credit even for the discounted amount as it is now on clearance and was told no. Called customer service and was told they would take the pants back for a full return. I asked the manager again that since customer service said they would take the item back if she could let me just exchange the item and make an exception to policy, she rudely said yea we aren’t going to do that. Spend a lot of money at this store will no longer be spending my money here.

  First time going to J. Crew in YEARS! I'm from Memphis-Germantown, TN and we lost our J. Crew, so it was a blessing to get to go in again. I was able to find a cashmere sweater for a really good deal. I love J. Crew!!!!!

  I was told to go into an unnamed changing room by a member of staff and while I was getting changed was yelled at (and I mean SCREAMED at) in a very rude tone by another staff member to immediately leave the changing room and switch to the next (I’m fully undressed at this point so frantically trying to put clothes back on). I immediately put everything back that I had planned on purchasing. Learn how to speak to customers, beyond disgusting!
