  my husband and I came in to purchase a bracelet for me. Taylor was beyond exceptional. After I selected my bracelet, my husband was curious to see what kind of men’s jewelry they had. He styled my husband and showed him several pieces. My husband left with his first set of jewelry! Taylor was amazing and made our experience very special!

  Shopped in this store twice and both experiences were bad. I knew exactly what I wanted and the associate acted like he didn’t even want to sell it to me. I had the item I wanted to buy up on my phone and he insisted they didn’t carry it even though it was showing available for pick up in store. He gave me the larger style to try I said no, he said you should just go with the white gold version if I wanted something smaller. I showed him the picture on my phone and he miraculously found it, he gave me a size 5 which did not fit I had to ask for a 7 which he reluctantly gave to me and once again stated he was surprised and had no idea they even carried this item. Then he didn’t even bag it up for me and I had to ask for the pouch for it.

  Brandon was and has always been the most premier, most attentive, & the most amazing David Yurman Representative. He always makes me feel so special, and today he made 3 of my best friends feel the exact same. We all left with matching Cuff bracelets 🥰 So excited for more opportunities to show at this location with the one… THE only Brandon 🙌🏻

  I’ve had better customer service at Walmart than I did at David Yurman. My friends travelled from out of state to spend the weekend together and buy matching rings. We walked in and not a single associate spoke to us, let alone asked if they could help us. We waited for 15 minutes before someone finally asked if we needed anything. We knew exactly what we wanted. We weren’t even asking to try anything on. Extremely disappointed and will never be back.

  I've shopped at a few DY stores and the Nashville one has the best service! I'm glad it's my home store. Paige is an amazing associate and really helps find pieces that are perfect and you may not have even considered but without being pushy. Everyone at the store, including the manager Eric, are super friendly and make it a great time while shopping! They also have a really large stock in store compared to other stores I've been to. My husband even enjoys shopping here and he's not the biggest shopping fan 😂
