  My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience with Forrest! I came in with an idea that did not pan out. He listened to my concerns and guided me to a similar style that flattered me better and was much more comfortable. He has a great eye for style and is super knowledgeable on the subject. We will be back!

  Pretty obnoxious experience overall. I went in to purchase (2) pairs of shoes. The beginning of the service started off great. I was assisted in selecting shoes and trying them on. One of the shoes had damage and it was the only size in the store, while the other was missing the needed size altogether. This prompted both shoes having to be ordered. From that point there was a system error that made the wait longer than it should have been. I requested overnight shipping and they comped that service for me, presumably because of the wait hassle, and it was appreciated. I was connected with a sales rep who would text me when the shoes arrived. I got that text the next day and drove to the store to pick up the shoes. One of the pairs came in with only one shoe. No one at the origin store or the Green Hills location checked the box to see if both shoes were in the box prior to me arriving to pick them up. Complete lack of quality control, especially considering that original shoe we were replacing had damage. Frustrated, I left with one pair and was told my dedicated sales rep would reach out to me to let me know when the missing shoe would arrive. I reached out 48hrs later to inquire about the missing shoe when I heard no news from the sales rep. I did get a text back letting me know they were checking on it. That was it, no follow up. So I followed up the next day. Which is now, and what has prompted this transparent review. I think the people working at this location are nice and mean well, but that doesn’t change the sub-par experience. You expect a high-end brand like this to provide exceptional service. This store hasn’t shown me that. 3 stars because this does not deter me from purchasing the brand’s products, but they absolutely have things to work on to uphold the brand’s identity.

  My wife and I had an outstanding experience at this store while shopping for her birthday a couple of months ago. The sales associate, Michael O., truly made the entire experience enjoyable and memorable. He took the time to share his extensive product knowledge and provided professional recommendations that helped my wife find the perfect pair of heels. What impressed us most was his commitment to customer service even after the sale. Michael followed up with my wife regarding her purchase. His exceptional level of care and professionalism left such a positive impression that my wife specifically wanted to visit the store during his scheduled work hours for future purchases. Last weekend, Michael once again represented the company with excellence. He assisted my wife with another purchase, this time helping her select two additional pairs of heels. Hands down, Michael is outstanding at what he does. He is knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly attentive to his customers' needs. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to any business, and we look forward to shopping with him again in the future.

  I had a wonderful experience at this store. Emily has been an enormous help with picking out shoes for my girlfriend, and she’s nailed it every time. She has great insight and wonderful service. Such a good experience.
