  Customer service is terribly unhelpful. They charged $750 from my ctedit card which I didn’t even receive and kept saying I need to wait for 27-29 business days to get my money back. Unbelievable.

  Just had the most incredible retail experience of my life. Flew into Nashville, my luggage with my suit for an event tonight did not accompany me. Got outfitted head to foot in a beautiful suit in less than an hour. But it was the customer service that blew me away. Camden picked everything out perfectly. One of his colleagues gave me his own pocket square to complete the outfit and another actually drove me to a nearby tailor who could hem the pants in ten minutes!!! I’m blown away. Thank you gentlemen, this was a great experience.
